Dominique Fox
Dominique co-founded the Fox Family Foundation alongside her husband Charlie, who lives with Cystic Fibrosis. Outside of her role at the foundation, Dominique is a Key Account Executive at Google Cloud, supporting enterprise financial services clients. She brings a decade of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategy across Google Cloud, Citrix, and SAP. She also holds leadership roles within the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's New York Chapter. Dominique attended Drexel University, where she was a member of the women's lacrosse team.

Charlie Fox
Charlie Fox is a Sales Leader at Ramp, where he has spent the past four and a half years building a career at one of fintech's fastest-growing companies. Diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at birth, Charlie has channeled his experience into an unwavering commitment to living life to the fullest. That mindset is what drives his work as Co-Founder of the Fox Family Foundation, which he built alongside his wife Dominique to help other families navigate Cystic Fibrosis on their path to parenthood. A proud Philadelphia sports fan, Charlie brings the same fierce loyalty to everything he does.

Danamarie Barton
Danamarie is a board member from Media, Pennsylvania. She is an established executive in the pharmaceutical space, currently leading Market Access Strategy for a subset of GSK's US portfolio. Danamarie has held a variety of positions across major pharmaceutical manufacturers, including Bristol Myers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKline. Danamarie has worked to ensure patient access to medicines and vaccines for the last 10 years, with a focus on channel distribution, patient affordability, and broader access strategies. Danamarie is a graduate of Duke University and serves as secretary for the Fox Family Foundation.

Matthew Robinson
Matt is a Board Member and Treasurer at the Fox Family Foundation and a dedicated advocate for the Cystic Fibrosis community. He is a Principal at RedBird Capital Partners, where he focuses on growth equity and control buyout investments across the Financial Services sector and serves on the boards of several portfolio companies. Recently named a Future 40 Leader by Private Equity International, Matt brings expertise in strategic growth, capital formation, and metrics-driven accountability. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he is a lifelong best friend of Charlie Fox, which fuels his commitment to Cystic Fibrosis family-building.

Jonathan Spoerl
Jonathan is a Board Member from Wayne, Pennsylvania. He is a commercial real estate advisor/investor with Metro Commercial Real Estate, where he specializes in advising national retailers, institutional and private owners, and developers on strategic opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Jonathan is passionate about building meaningful relationships and leveraging his professional expertise to support organizations that create a lasting impact. Serving as a Board Member at Large, he is committed to contributing his strategic perspective, collaborative approach, and dedication to strengthening the communities the organization serves.
